Wulf Gaertner (founder MEYLE) was a racing driver in South America and regularly had trouble finding high-quality parts for his race car. He eventually ended up in Germany, where the foundation was laid for export trade.
Today, motorsport plays a central role in product development, especially as a test field under extreme conditions. The data of all kilometres driven on the track is kept and these findings are used for further development and optimisation of the products.
